-500 grams chicken pota (chicken gizzards).
-2 medium-sized onions, carefully sliced.
-2 tomatoes, pureed.
-2 green chilies, slit.
-1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste.
-1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
-1 teaspoon red chili powder.
-1 teaspoon coriander powder.
-1/ 2 teaspoon garam masala powder.
